Conferring of Certificates
The certificate is granted from Hubbard College of Administration International upon completion of all requirements for the certificate. To be eligible for graduation, a student must earn an overall average of 3.33 or better and have passed all courses included in the program of study. A student earning less than a 3.33 grade point average is not eligible for graduation. Students may be required to repeat a course in order to achieve the requirements of graduation. Certificates are awarded to students who fulfill all educational, financial, and administrative requirements of the program.
