By Ray Li, a Taiwanese student from Taichung on the associate degree program at the Hubbard College of Administration (HCA), Los Angeles, CA. This is a very good course. I learned many useful data. Through one set of drills, I learned how to confront any situation easily and comfortably. From another drill, I learned how to communicate with someone despite interference or inattention. From still another drill, I learned how to listen and use three types of acknowledgements.  Additionally, I learned how to answer a question that I didn’t want to answer in such a way that it seemed to be answered.  From another drill, I learned how to begin a conversation and how to get a person unwilling to speak to speak. Additionally, I learned how to get a person who had wandered off the main topic back onto the main subject and how to get a person off a subject and onto another subject.  Furthermore through a drill, I learned how to get a question answered and how to handle an upset that I might have inadvertently caused in a conversation.  Lastly, I learned how to amicably end a conversation.  These data are so basic that they are useful in any place in my life: work, business, personal affairs, …etc. Hubbard College of Administration is a self-paced business school that offers an exceptional business administration curriculum, unique learning technology, life-changing apprenticeships and internships, assistance with job placement and a lifetime warranty for students.  I am currently on the “How to Get Things Done” course.
